Sales Terms

These sales terms apply to the purchase of goods and services (hereinafter the Goods) from the online store www.langemaa.ee between the buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and Langemaa OÜ (hereinafter the Online Store).

In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from purchases made from the online store www.langemaa.ee are governed by the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and other legislation valid in the Republic of Estonia.

The Online Store reserves the right to make changes to these terms, which will be reflected on the website www.langemaa.ee.

Price Information

All prices displayed in the online store www.langemaa.ee include 22% VAT.

The Buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the delivery method.

If an order is placed before changes to the terms or prices take effect, the relationship between the Buyer and the Online Store is governed by the terms valid at the time of the order.

The online store www.langemaa.ee reserves the right to make changes to sales prices and conditions. These changes will be reflected on the website www.langemaa.ee.

Placing an Order

  1. Add the desired Goods to the shopping cart. To complete the order, click “Proceed to Checkout” in the shopping cart.

  2. Fill in the required data fields on the checkout page and choose your preferred delivery method.

  3. An invoice will then be displayed, which you can pay conveniently via bank link. Payment data, including applicable taxes and fees, are shown after the order is confirmed.

Please fill in the order and data fields carefully, as the accuracy of the provided information determines the smooth and timely delivery and resolution of any disputes.

Orders placed in the online store www.langemaa.ee are processed on business days (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 will be processed on the following Monday.

Payment Methods

All transactions are settled in euros. Accepted payment options:

  • Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard

  • Payment solutions: Google Pay, Apple Pay

Payments are processed through Maksekeskus AS.

Conclusion of the Sales Contract

By concluding a sales contract, the Online Store undertakes to deliver the available or soon-to-be-available Goods to the Buyer and transfer ownership, while the Buyer undertakes to pay 100% in advance and accept the Goods.

The sales contract enters into force once the payment is received in the Online Store’s bank account.

Delivery

Delivery will occur within up to 5 business days from receipt of payment.

Once the sales contract is effective, the Online Store assembles the order and hands it over to its logistics partners for delivery.

Delivery times indicated on www.langemaa.ee are valid from the moment the payment reaches the Online Store’s account.

Correct and valid delivery details must be provided during checkout.
The Online Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control once the Goods have been handed over to the logistics partner.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the Goods, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
Exceptions:

  • Goods made to the Buyer’s specifications

  • Alcoholic beverages

Returned Goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and suitable for resale, with all tags and accompanying documents intact.

To return the Goods, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal form available at www.langemaa.ee and send it to kaija@langemaa.ee within 14 days of receiving the Goods. The Goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the form.

The Online Store refunds the payment after receiving the withdrawal notice and the Goods in acceptable condition (as per section 6.2), no later than 14 days.
Return shipping costs, including postage, are borne by the Buyer.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the transaction and demand return of the Goods if the product was listed with a price significantly below market value due to an error.

Force Majeure

The Online Store is not liable for any damage or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or foresight.

Processing of Personal Data

By entering data and confirming the order, the Buyer consents to the Online Store processing their personal data (name, phone number, delivery/home address, email, banking details) for:

  • Contract fulfillment

  • Communication

  • Customer relationship management

  • Responding to inquiries

  • Sales statistics

  • Legal obligations

Personal data may be forwarded to logistics partners for delivery.
The Online Store may use the Buyer’s address and email for:

  • Order-related communication

  • Marketing messages and newsletters (only with consent via www.kotid.langemaa.ee)

Personal data may be collected via:

  • Contact forms

  • Account usage

  • Cookies

  • Purchase or preference data from the e-store

Customer data is confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
All necessary technical, administrative, and physical measures are taken to protect the data, with access granted only to authorized personnel.

The Online Store may share data with third-party service providers (IT, payments, logistics).

Data is retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose.

Cookies are used to enhance service. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit website functionality. By using the website, you agree to the use of cookies for saving preferences and tracking purchase statistics.

Encrypted communication ensures the security of banking details during purchases. The Online Store has no access to personal login credentials.

The Buyer may revoke data collection consent at any time, except where data is needed to fulfill legal or delivery obligations.
Send revocation requests in digitally signed form to kaija@langemaa.ee.

Buyers have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate or court to protect their data.

Submitting Complaints

The Online Store is liable for non-compliance or defects in Goods that appear within two years of delivery.

Upon discovering a defect, the Buyer must:

  • Take reasonable measures to preserve the Goods

  • Not use the defective Goods

  • Submit a complaint and return the defective item

If the Goods are faulty, the Online Store will repair or replace them. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

The Online Store is not liable for:

  • Buyer-caused defects (e.g. improper storage, misuse)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Defects occurring after delivery

Complaints must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect to kaija@langemaa.ee, including a description of the issue and the invoice.
Without an invoice, the complaint may be rejected.

All complaints will be reviewed, and the Buyer contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt.

If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee or Harju County Court.

Delivery

Langemaa OÜ ships products to all European Union member states, as well as to other countries based on prior agreement with the customer.

Available Delivery Options

  • Omniva Parcel Locker
    The advantages of choosing a parcel locker include convenient locations, long opening hours, and no queues.
    When the parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS notification with the location and a door code.

  • Itella SmartPOST Parcel Locker
    Similar to Omniva, SmartPOST offers convenient locations, long opening hours, and no queues.
    Once the parcel arrives, an SMS with the locker’s location and access code will be sent to your mobile phone.

  • OSC Courier Service
    Ideal for door-to-door delivery to the exact address you specify. After the order is placed, an OSC courier will deliver the parcel to your chosen address. You’ll receive a notification message in advance, and it’s possible to adjust the delivery time or address if needed.

  • Pick-up in Person (by appointment)
    No delivery fee applies. Orders can be collected from our warehouse at Luige Keskus, Männi St., Kiili Municipality, Harju County 75404, on weekdays between 10:00–15:00.

Customs and Import Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country.

Since customs policies vary widely between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs or tax authority for more information.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation and receipt of prepayment.

Delivery time depends on the postal or courier service used.
During public holidays and sales periods, dispatch may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will inform the customer accordingly and thank you in advance for your understanding.
