The story of Langemaa KAYA didn’t begin with a product, but with a place.

It began with a single orchard, a piece of land, and a desire to truly understand what this soil has to give—not by rushing, but by taking time. In the beginning, the years weren’t spent trying to create a specific product, but rather on learning how the apples, the soil, and the seasons work together.

Every year brought new trials and new discoveries. Step by step, different varieties, harvest moments, and crafting methods brought greater clarity. This wasn’t a fast process, but a journey of consistent dedication, where the goal was to find perfect balance—not simply to make a drink, but to shape a true flavor.

Over time, our own orchard, our own rhythm, and our own understanding of what a clear and pure apple wine should be began to take shape. Having complete control over the entire process—from cultivation to the final product—became a natural part of this journey.

The result of this long evolution is not simply a product, but a true expression.

A white wine made from apples, born from the harvest of Langemaa’s own orchard and shaped through years of dedication and experience. This is not a beginning, but a culmination—a beautiful summary of everything that came before.

KAYA is a clear, balanced wine with a distinct Nordic character. Its flavor is never accidental; it is a true expression crafted by the harmony of time and experience.

The exceptional quality of KAYA apple wine has also earned international recognition. Winning the “Best Estonian Flavors 2025” by the Estonian Sommelier Association and securing a silver medal at the Baltic Cup 2025 firmly establish its place at the top of its category.

For Langemaa, KAYA is not a final destination, but a milestone on our journey—a beautiful moment where experience, land, and time have come together in perfect harmony.
