Langemaa Quince Syrup is handcrafted using carefully selected quinces grown in our own fields. The quinces are cleaned and pressed to extract all of their natural juice.

A moderate amount of sugar is then added to balance the quince’s natural tartness while preserving its fresh, subtly citrusy flavor. The entire process is done in small batches to ensure high quality and authenticity in every package.

Thanks to its high vitamin C content, tartness, and vibrant yellow color, quinces are often called the “Nordic lemon.”
